We received excellent service from this company. We recently purchased our blinds at Lowe’s and this is the installation company they use.
Our installer was Ben who got to work right away installing blinds in all our rooms…seemed like it took just a few minutes but, in reality, it was a little over an hour. All our blinds fit in the windows and operate perfectly. Ben is friendly and very careful with both your windows and working around furnishings. Even my dogs thought he was swell.
I would not hesitate to use this company again. They are very professional.

Did a great job installing new shutters. On time with all appointments and delivery dates. Said it would take 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery of shutters, called at week 7 to schedule installation. Would highly recommend for new window coverings.

I’m very pleased with the work saddleback shutters and blinds has completed for me. 1st Eric came out to the property and measured all windows, then he talked about all options/styles/colors/materials that were available. Once we chatted about this for a few we decided what we wanted, he then wrote us an estimate rite there on the spot. He handed us our estimate and gave us a realistic time frame to install. Installer showed up and did his job in a timely manner. He was very respectful of my home taking caution to floors, wall’s and heck even closing the door each time he went in and out. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to use saddleback again.
